Fluoride causes skeletal fluorosis and prevents teeth from re-enameling. If you want to re-enamel you teeth, you must isolate your diet from all sugars an use a more homebrew style of oral hygiene.

My daily routine is two distinct processes; while a mix of apple-cider VineGar and Baking Soda has not settled, I orally slosh a small amount of fresh urine in my mouth for 5 minutes and rinse, then brush my teeth with the VineGar Soda.

As a result, my teeth are healthier, cavities actually disappeared, teeth re-enamel'd, gum line grew hack, cleaner tongue, and my breath doesn't stink. This combination is man-tier.
