Reminder that dark matter has never been directly detected, even in large scale experiments dedicated to it.
Reminder that there is still no coherent explanation as to the cosmological origin of dark matter.
Reminder that dark matter doesn't even make our equations work and that all simulations have major discrepancies with our observations such as the Cuspy Halo problem and Dwarf Galaxy problem.

i too am suspicious of dark matter/energy. It feels like a god of the gaps kind of idea. Like with quantum entanglement they seem happy to just say there's no mechanism for the instantaneous communication between particles and that's just how things are. But when small gravitational discrepancies are found they feel the need to insert some fantasy matter rather than suggest that maybe the way gravity is assumed to work might be wrong (although some do seem to be saying this now)

Anti matter is a crystal with this intense magical 'rub' which causes rejuvenation, augmentation or factorization to occur. It can be made with LHC if you can cause a collision to 'come off wrongly' by priming the right parts of the tech in the right way. You would trade a quart of the entire tech for crystalized antimatter if you managed so create a cold collision so powerful it causes an error. We could rejuvenate all oil and water plus anything natural in the space of 3 months or less. We'd just have to deal with rubbish correctly, not resource.
