I was imagining a superconducting torque lever idea, which consist of a high moment of inertia wheel, which is connected to a pivot which is driven by a electrocoupling magnet on the bottom, the wheel is spun to speed, where then it is coupled to a center hub which drive a mass, along a tangential axis that is dampen.
The device is also coupled to another wheel which reciprocates the impulse of momentum The idea is to drive the device fast enough to create enough force to the device forward or up. In this conceptualization the idea is to throw a weight attached to a sled, and as the object meets it maximum displacement, to throw another similar mass object that is spun up to speed to perpetuate the same vector of motion.

It's easy, I just used the results of hyper photonic modified M theory to derive the fundamental constant of warp mode, and engineered a working antigrav device. It's in my basement I can show it to you.

The external field won't care about the spinning. It won't be "tricked to spin forever" or some looney tunes shit. If you want to shield something from EM fields, you use mu metal, not spin it in water.

Addendum to my previous comment. What he's saying is incoherent nonsense. Sorry to say that, but he won't ever teach physics or astronomy. And it's not because he discovered something amazing and "they" want to silence him. His fundamentals are just wrong and I don't see him teach anything beyond classical mechanics. At least his stuff about field theory and relativity are plain wrong and he hasn't said anything wrong about mechanics.

Get a mercury tube lamp.

On the one side place cathode, on another anode, so it's in the middle between two electrodes.

Now turn the electricity on, so it goes between the electrodes, and turn the lamp on.

It's going to neglect gravity at the top of it.
