Japan in a couple months, Hokkaido for early/mid winter, maybe Christmas in Singapore depending on my finances, I may need a couple more months downtime in Kuala Lumpur before trekking through Eastern Europe through Russia, down to Georgia and then east to Tajikistan, then Afghanistan for a walk through the mountains.

I was supposed to start this trip in March but I attended lectures on Physics and Biology instead, I was going to be in St.Petersberg or Moscow during the coup....I really wish I had gone to Russian...

Fasting, probably best if you have some time off from work or such, and go a few days without food. After 2-3 your hunger will disappear, this puts your body into a different mode of thought. Highly suggest everyone do this at least once.

When in this altered state your priorities will change...what was once an immediate concern will become almost meaningless, and with these altered priorities you can find things out about yourself.

When youre being fed constant stimulous your more subtle signals from your body get drowned out and thus never even registered.
