Why is the current interglacial period so much colder than the previous ones?

The global warming we've caused has pushed the global average temperature way above previous interglacial periods.

the current interglacial period is still ongoing, although it seems to be coming to a close. its not even warmer now than it was during the roman warm period or the medieval warm period. the current interglacial peaked about 6000 years ago and is slowly coming to a close

Is this a problem, worthy of state intervention, and by means of confiscating our freedom?
Why is climate change used as a justification to increase the size of government control and spending?

Less megafauna. Remember humans killed off a fuck ton of massive animals 10k years ago. Animals release methane which warms the planet. This is a big reason why the beginning of the 20th century was so cold, the US had just killed off millions of Bison whose farts were keeping the planet warm. Same things with native Americans, they had carbon footprints.

Thats a good narrative, you should add something about government scientists faking the temperature record to make it look warmer than it really was, otherwise the "little ice age" narrative debunks you

The period we're currently in looks more like the period 200k years ago rather then the higher peaks labeled as interglacials

Interesting how you have a blatantly mislabeled age in a graph which doesn't include modern data

What are you talking about schizo? The little ice age happened about 1600-1800. I'm talking about the fact that for from about 1880 to 1910 there was a cooling period because millions of natives and bison were killed off.

Same thing with the past 10k years. Megafauna goes extinct -> less methane. The little ice age was just a natural fluctuation in temperature, like the medieval warm period.

Wow anon! How observant! It's almost as if the effects are mirroring something else. Like for example, there could be something causing the aforementioned effects? But what!?!? What could be the source?

How about you, Fuck off and go be retarded somewhere else!

this chart doesn't show present temperatures, just read what it says

The furthest right number is an average between 1880 and 1960, in 1880 man made global warming was negligible and in 1960 it was still negligible despite 50 years of heavy industry because the population was so low.
Why do global warming deniers have such wilful ignorance?
