nice, jannie got triggered and deleted his post. Pathetic.

Reminder that George Floyd died from a combination of a fentanyl overdose and the stress of being arrested, the majority factor in that combination was 3 times the lethal does of fentanyl in his bloodstream.

Boils down to:
Yes, George Floyd (GF) was over the lethal blood concentration of fentanyl.
But, the Doc’s opinion is that GF was not induced to stop breathing by fentanyl alone.

To that I’d say I’m happy to agree the fentanyl alone did not kill him, in the same way, the cops alone did not kill him. Therefore the cops are not responsible for his death.
You might suggest (as I think the prosecution eventually got him on) that the cops are always responsible for their detainee. In that case, Chauvin should not have been charged with both second and third degree murder as well as manslaughter for killing GF (how? Was GF resurrected, is this the Green Mile?), instead he should’ve been charged with not doing his job properly, and this charge should’ve been shared equally among the cops, none of which happened because this was a witchhunt).
A note about 2nd degree, wiki says to be charged with it, Chauvin would have to have been committing a felony at the time of GF’s death, what felony was Chauvin committing at the time in order to qualify for this? Could it be the 3rd degree murder he was charged with? And for that case of 3rd degree, how could Chauvin be considered to be acting in a dangerous manner when the restraint position they used was both taught to them and used regularly? Surely if the technique is flawed the police department/state is responsible for ensuring that’s not the case.

Interesting but fentanyl has no LD50 I can find in 5 minutes of searching. One thing I've read in papers is that nolis fentanyl doses have a higher chance of OD even if the dose is an OK one for IV just if it's spread over a couple of minutes
But I can't find an LD50 for humans
