The very simple answer is that they are religious muslims. And muslims don't typically have gay sex (high chance of AIDS), they don't have anal sex at all (high AIDS risk), are all circumcised (lowers AIDS risk significantly), don't use drugs much (Increases AIDS risk). They typically have very low divorce rates, very low rates of cheating, and nearly nobody nobody has sex outside of marriage (Picrel). So most men and women their only ever have sex with their spouses, always in Vagina (their religion prohibits anal sex altogether). All of these factors make it almost impossible to get AIDS there. This isn't true just for the middle east, but muslim nations anywhere. Lower rates of STDs because of sexual restrictions. Not because their healthcare is good.

Around here, one political party has been taken over by the gay community, and they vote in their own kind into the top positions (no pun). Straight people were kicked out slowly but surely, and I couldn't understand why. I got the feeling the press knew but wouldn't tell. After I was told what kind of "networking" was involved, all pieces of tepuzzle fell into place. It is kind of sad and kind of hilarious, for other skills than "advanced sex," they are perfectly useless. And the netowrk is big and growing yet polls show that the gay community is not large enough to make gay sex a vote magnet. Of course, had ordinary people been informed, they would implode the same day like a burst condom.

The map is false. There is no HIV in the whole of Africa. The alleged African HIV epidemic is mostly fake. There's more than 50 other health conditions giving false positives on the HIV test, including all the typical tropical diseases and malnutrition. In most cases HIV isn't even tested for. African doctors have been paid to diagnose literally any symptoms as HIV without any proof. It's part of the depopulation narrative where they want to force condoms upon Africa to stop them from reproducing. But fortunately the black man is too smart to fall for this.

Nope. I am in the enlightened and intellectual Western Europe, where "enlightened and intellectual" means people are willing to accept all variations of sex, including animals. We even had a court case where it was left to the court to decide if sex with a sleeping woman was rape or not, given that she was part of said "intellectual community" where everything goes.
I met a Russian woman about 10 years ago, in the capital of my country. She was looking for the no wild sex-type intellectual community. I had to inform her that such a thing no longer exists here.

Such intellectual communities do still exist. Couple years back, I met a relatively old Jewish professor at my college who invited me to a "club" for intellectual discussions. It was mostly relatively older men. I was the only one below middle-aged years. Pure intellectual conversations and chill, no woman, no sex, none of that stuff. Unfortunately, the racial dynamic was skewed towards "semitic people" quite a bit as well. And I only ended up going there a couple of times, especially since I wasn't nearly as knowledgable as most of the people there, many faculty while I was just a student.
But such groups still exist, perhaps you just need to talk to the nearest old Jewish professor, and display your intellectual prowess to be invited.

Just like how Christians in the west may believe that homosexuality is bad, but no practical actions to stop it are taken. On the other hand, Muslims actually practice that belief in their countries. Belief =/= Practice. And it just so happens that Islam are the only major religion that is still practiced by it's followers today.
