It's mainly because IQ isn't a guarantee, moreso a requirement to get into highly qualified profession. An 80 IQ person will mostly do menial work, because he is unable to become a dcotor or Engineer. But a 130 IQ is able to become a doctor or Engineer, so that will explain the higher incomes at higher IQ levels. But a 130 isn't guaranteed to become a doctor or an engineer, that reality is predicated on many other factors not related to IQ. You can still become a bricklayer, janitor or NEET at 130, a higher IQ doesn't bar you from menial professions or NEETdom the same way a lower IQ bars you from highly qualified professions. You can still be a NEET or a bricklayer at 130, which explains the lower income people at higher IQs. And hence the variation in income at higher IQs, but you simply cannot be a doctor at 80, so you have limited career options, explaining the limited variation at lower IQs.

As you get to higher and higher IQs, more and more professions become available to you, but no 'low IQ' profession closes it's doors upon you. So you can really be in either lower professions or higher professions depending on how you navigate life at that point. So more variation (Think about how in a game where higher XP may unlock newer maps, but they don't lock the old ones. So once you are high XP enough, you can still be in either ones, it depends on you at that point. Some players may choose to dwell more in the older maps, some may move into the newer ones. So high XP players are more spread out. Compare that to low XP players who will mostly be concentrated on just the initial maps; imperfect example, I know, but makes the point)

I’ve worked hard my whole life, that is one thing. I worked 40 hours a week on a farm at 13 and saved every dollar of my $3.75 an hour and built/bought my first PC with my summer savings. However, I have also been blessed by God with opportunities throughout my life. People that know me say I’m smart and stuff, but in reality I just love learning and knowing. Some of my favorite jobs were tradie jobs I did for a summer or two in my 20’s, I learned a lot of practical things that have served me my whole life, I’m 43. I couldn’t have built pic related sauna in my basement without having spent a summer as a “carpenter” building houses on a small crew. Love learning, love Creation. I spent years studying the stock market starting 2011 and doing small stuff in it, researching stocks and learning about the market by any means on the internet, but never read a book about it. I broke all the the rules, but other than that pic Ive had other successful runs and have withdrawn far more from the stonk merkel than I ever put in. That being said, I had lots of large losses or drawdowns that would make you puke. I also only ever traded using my cellphone, kek.
Thanks for reading my blog post, I guess the bottom line for me is that God is good, and learning everything you can and applying it as you’re inspired is godly.

What you do need to do is work hard on something that can potentially make you rich. This can just be work towards a high paying job and then get into property development or investing. Or you can join a startup or start one yourself. If you're extroverted it helps a lot. These days if you're a decent programmer it helps a lot too. If you're a decent programmer and extroverted and have a decent idea then you can do it all on your own pretty much
