I believe with time and effort, we may have the power. Although, there is a limit to how intelligent and capable a species can be within x amount of years. So it would probably take millions of years of evolution toward brain growth for our species to have the intelligence to create such things with precision and allow for interstellar space travel.


It's crazy to think that one day, we may be able to manipulate the laws of physics due to our immense understanding of the universe and how things work.
