Whenever I go on holiday over the winter in a warm sunny place my mood instantly is better for the next week or two. So clearly its healthy to be getting sun light.

But then it causes wrinkles cancer and damage to skin cells.

Is a trucker who exposed half of his face to the sun everyday for years. So is it a meme that the sun is bad for you should all pale skinned people just constantly wear sunblock?

Both.

That pic is fake, it's literally impossible to expose the same side for that long

Theoretically possible if your daily routine is to drive due south until noon and then drive the same way back due north

He was a truck driver also even an hour of sunlight a day can do that especially in a place like florida or Arizona where the sun is strong. My skin gets burnt in 1 hour of direct exposure in florida.

I think pic related worked in an office next to the same window for years. The trucker would constantly be switching sides

The fact that drivers sit on the left side of the cabin means the right side of their face is never exposed to the same intensity of sunlight.

Or if there is a window right next to the face on one side and not on the other. When I delivered pizzas, I would get tan on one arm and not on the other. It had nothing to do with the time of day or driving direction. Just the fact that one side is in shade and the other is in the sun.

Wow. It only takes me about 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes if it's my first time since last year.

You know you ruined this thread btw. The discussion was about health and sun then you pushed it into “whitey no brains can’t contribute to discussion” for what? Nobody is laughing and those images do harm exclusively. So you got bested or shut down? That’s 4chan yet here we are making it a dogshit place again to derail the thread.

White people evolved to live in lush forests during dark winters. 5-15mins of direct sun a day is more than enough to get your dose of vitamin d. Though it's probably better to supplement it. This way you won't age your skin at all
