If we have the expression:
4(5x^2+3^3) * 10x
does it simplify to
40x(5x^2+3)
or
200x^3+120x?

Symbolab.com claims that it's the former but I think it that the latter is correct...don't we not just FOIL in this case or is there some rule I've forgotten?
