Look at the values, they cover almost the entire range of 0-255 and a frequency count shows a 50:50 split between 0:1 - that would usually indicate an actual cipher of some kind was used rather than a simple substitution.

If it is just a scramble or anagram play, then converting it to binary, then ascii/alphabet/anagram flip is the best I can think of, with such limited information.

I don't want to flat convert hexadecimal over, which is why I just suggest the binary convert, first. Just makes it easier.

Can solve potentially using chatgpt if it's an alphabet anagram scramble after converting.
