It means the same thing where it matters: letting companies do whatever the fuck they want in the name of profit. It has been proven by history time and again that greed makes people do worse things to each other than lust for power makes them do. Out of the two I prefer the latter.

most of the top people compete with eachother

they happen to have a few overlapping interests at times

aka less government regulations on corporations

First of, Canada is barely socialist. It keeps good balance just as some European countries.

Secondly, last time I checked the US have a "democratic" nigger running as president and democrats are in the majority. Yet the US never changed. I don't see how the US "democratic" party is any good when the only shit it listens to are fags shouting for more fagrights.

in fact the video makes a case for elites, after all elites are what have made everything possible

this is as close as it gets to libertarianism in the video though

the companies/primary stock holder guys/richest people in the world types

aren't really doing their thing for world domination, but rather for the companies they work for's profits

as opposed to humanity in general

that's why it's not optimized, even though it works a bit

and thus, we summarize libertarianism's retardation

"MOST POWERFUL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WILL TOTALLY NOT THRIVE IN THE SYSTEM THEY THRIVE IN BECAUSE WE GIVE THEM EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT"

I agree with all of this except for the idea that wealth isn't fixed. It is. Wealth is only worth something if it is short supply. Therefore, a certain number of people will always be poor. The only thing that is fungible are the individuals who are poor. Some poor people can gain wealth, and some wealthy people can lose it. The same percentage of poor and wealthy will always exist on the aggregate.

Now, you can make an argument that technological advances through capitalism will guarantee a better way of life for the constant poor class. I would counter this argument by saying that techonological advancement would be even greater with an anarchic libertarian society as opposed to any form of capitalist society wherein advancement generally only comes when it is profitable.
