Is it really because it's so bad, or because they wanted to push mRNA since it's seen as the future? I've looked into the rate of adverse events, including things like clotting, and I'm not seeing how mRNA is better, it just doesn't get reported for some odd reason. We also have evidence that spike protein production lasts longer with the mRNA shots compared to the viral vectors, and the RNA and spike protein is retained for a longer time in the germinal centers. I do think the viral vectors had more risk to women because of a specific clotting risk, but then younger men are getting wrecked by mRNA. It's trying to find the best of two evils.

Also, I wanted to comment on this. The vector will have limits to which cells it can enter. LNP's only need a fatty membrane, which is every cell i the body, and they can bypass the BBB.
