Let's take the genetic code for example.

This is just one specific example. But aside from this, if we look at the totality of information bearing systems within molecular biology and their integrative function with each other, can anyone truly be an intellectually honest naturalist?

That particular makeup of DNA had many millions of years to develop. I'm not certain but I'd say it's highly unlikely the first mutation from carbon and other compounds into DNA as we know it was the correct mutation. There was probably thousands or millions of combinations of chemicals and one happened to be useful, or maybe many lived for some period but only DNA as we know it survived the test of time
