Actually, entropy can spontaneously decrease in an isolated system, it just has a 10^-10....0 chance of happening. It's so unlikely that we have created a law stating that isolated systems will TEND to greater entropy, but Boltzmann tried to prove entropy would always be increasing, and failed, for a reason.
