I lasted about 5 days before, during a time where I was on and off fasting for months. I shit blood now whenever I fast, either from intent or I was so stressed I lost my appitite.

Its been several years, I still often shit blood.

Fasting is really healthy and there are lots of clinics around the world that do fasting. As long as you drink water and sometimes put a little salt in your water and let it dissolve when you feel hungry should should be fine for weeks. I've done 20 days and I felt fine afterwards. Just remember to not eat a lot at once after you're done
