I wish this data set was more inclusive. Then again it might only confuse things.

Considering that pregnancy effectively resembles a parasitic infection, and that the vaccine boosts the immune response, it is possible that the vaccine caused an overstimulated immune response which attacked the embryos.

I also suspect that there was a higher rate of conception in the months prior. However I can't find any data specific to Israeli peak conception times of the year.

An ideal system would display duality and balance. So you would have an agrarian and a corporate sector. No industry on Earth.
