Can’t make an accurate diagnosis with just a single slice of T2 image but the white stuff (bright white) is cerebrospinal fluid. The white specs on the basal ganglia are likely prominent perivascular spaces in the absence of any real history beyond convulsions. The brain size is grossly normal and symmetric (any mild asymmetry could be due to head tilt). The things inside the lateral ventricles are normal choroid plexi.

If your history is of seizures the entire brain needs studied with thin section MRI in multiple planes to truly rule out a cause of seizures.
