I had a similar idea a while ago, I posted it on /pol and /sci.
The idea was that instead of the captcha before you make a post you are given 5 seconds to solve some random IQ problems, like a multiple choice for spatial reasoning or a logic/math problem, failure to solve the problem in time would result in you being disabled from posting for 24 hours and your dumbass low IQ post will never be seen in the threads discourse.

We can totally scrap my now defunct idea now though, all that's needed is this IQ estimator guy's algo to determine/evaluate whether your writing style is worthy of being published, this shit shouldn't just be on a anonymous imageboard though, I actually think there is a market for a social media platform that effectively disincentivises people that are not above average in intelligence, kinda like how features similar to the "like" button basically promote narcissism and weaponize their sycophant followers turning their mental co-dependant hysterias into real world problems in all facets of modernity

I think the best thing would be to have an IQ test that requires a certain threshold for posting. Or even better, you could restrict posting privileges by IQ. So anyone with below 100 IQ can't post at all, people above 100 can post once per week, above 110 twice per week, above 140 once per day, and unlimited posting above 150. That way retards won't just take the IQ test over and over until they work out the question bank and score high enough to post unlimited; instead, they'll take the lazy option and settle for limited posting, and overall there won't be too many low-IQ posts.

Well my original idea was to make the IQ test autogenerate using neural network based algos so no two tests were the same.
Your Idea is one of many interesting outcomes that can happen with this short of technology, limiting posts for retards and unlimiting to the geniuses is one thing, I've also thought about whole sites with a 150+ iq lock, or maybe just the author of the thread selecting the IQ input of the thread they desire.
Oh and I haven't even gone into the types of intelligence that any site could select for, for instance high spatial acuity could be of a greater desire for a online community of engineers and a high linguistic intelligence could be tested for to lock out anyone more like a engineer.
