Is forward time travel more paradox than backward time travel?

>travel 10 years forward in time to see if I lose my virginity
>see myself fucking a girl
>can't travel backward in time
>can't initiate contact with her in the first place
>then who is fucking her?
>did I cuck myself?

>>can't travel back in time
Why? As you've said, time travel is only logically coherent in the first place if you can head back to where you started, which entails backwards time travel.

If you travel forward in time, you wouldn't be there to meet yourself, retard.

>in the future I end up forgetting to invent a time machine
What happens next?

But then that's not time travel, that's just accelerating time. If one were to move at .8c or .9c or some incredibly fast speed, what might feel like minutes to you is years to people outside your frame. Effectively allowing you to "travel" forwards in time, but ofc you wouldnt be there to meet yourself.

Theres a difference between "accelerated time" and "time travel", and OPs not talking about the former.

It doesn't matter. If you travelled in the future, since there is only one you, you would be missing during the time you were travelling forward due to having left. Which means there wouldn't be anyone during that ten years who is you and everyone would assume you died

But what if you time traveled backwards to after you left and resumed your timeline?

Or, here's a different thought: You went forwards in time, met yourself, deduced that you eventually time traveled back to the time after you left and resumed your normal life. After this realization you decide not to tine travel back and just kill your other self and resume your life. How is the paradox resolved?

How does forward time travel imply backwards time travel?

>what if you travelled back
That breaks >>15111460 since the backward time travel is what causes the paradox, while the forward time travel had the universe continue as normal.
>what if you kill your future self before he travels back
Again, backward time travel is what causes the paradox, again destroying >>15111460
