Almost everything we do is due to chemical releases in our brain, which is dependent on genetics of our brain. We love to pretend we have free will, and we decide everything we do. That's not really how it works, some people have less control and some have more but we are still slaves to how our brain is put together. For instance the law assumes we are all the same, which is unfair to black people because they have far less impulse control.

A person that evolved in Africa is not the same as a person that evolved in Europe, whether it's average IQs, tendency to anger, violence, impulse control or whatever else.

Thinking we are all interchangeable is as stupid as thinking a Golden Retriever is the same as a pitbull.

This whole "great melting pot" idea is one of the most stupid ideas the world has ever seen, as long as things are good it can work but the singular moment the shit hits the fan your entire society will goto war with each other.

If you look at a black person the wrong way you can get killed, blacks will start fights with cops when it makes zero sense to do so cause it will end poorly. They will steal shit when it's obvious they will get caught. They have much lower impulse control, and it's a serious problem that gets them in trouble.

Evolution is a thing and different breeds of human that evolved in totally different parts of the world don't evolve the same way.
