A 4chan guy is probably virtually immune to reacting to shock images purely by virtue of repeat exposure. I doubt it would show up on a brain scan normally, but you'd probably find a trend were you to monitor the brain activity of people being exposed to scat/cp/gore/bestiality or what have you.

What does an average 4chan guy look like? For me 4ch is a little guilty pleasure after a working day, but no one in my social circle at work (law firm) or my friends uses it and I can never imagine anyone I know being here.
