I dont know what the proper formatting is for a scientific paper since I've never read one outside of high school, and yikes, I'd rather just not think about that.

interesting topic , i would recommande you to elaborate more and try to see if your theory match the other (multiverse, fractal, chaos theory, fondamental law of physics).
I have one too and a possible experience to prove that we can alterate the mesure of time and im currently will presenting it to the CERN in the near future.
