It's so easy to cheat, I remember reading a study for a university in Cleveland Ohio that 80% of students admitted to cheating, and this was a state school. Apply this 80% to every school and you'll see why academia has fallen in prestige and rigor. Every example should be taken in front of a monitoring camera which is constantly looking at your lap, face, and desk area to make sure you haven't cheated or take pictures, that is the most surefire way in my opinion to stop cheating, and every student has to have a different exam that is unique to said student, I don't mean simply changing the order of questions given, I mean actually changing the question topics slightly, atleast 8 different examination versions per examination taken.

And the TAs cannot have access to the exam, undergrad and grad students have sex to exchange homework and examinations answers and questions, it ain't ethical.
