Do humans have a usable vomeronasal organ?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vomeronasal_organ

>Many studies have tried to determine whether there is a VNO in adult human beings. Trotier et al.[32] estimated that around 92% of their subjects that had no septal surgery had at least one intact VNO.
>Won (2000) found evidence of a VNO in 13 of his 22 cadavers (59.1%) and 22 of his 78 living patients (28.2%).[36] In a study using retrospective analysis of nearly one thousand outpatient nasal endoscopies, Stoyanov et al. (2016) found the organ to be present in 26.83% of the Bulgarian population.

Flehmen response is when animals do a funny face to activate this organ to smell something in more detail. EXPERTS are still unsure whether humans can do it or not - many mammals possess it. It's qualia, but can you activate some super smelling mode while stretching particular facial muscles? What does it feel like?

Let's outdo basedence and get to the bottom of this mystery

Hmm, interesting. I don't see people doing the Flehmen response, so either we don't have it, or we've lost the natural inclination to use it. I'll give it a try the next opportunity I have.

Yes. Don't go to the ghetto and try to use it. Powerful smells be there.
