The government doesn't force me to send my child to a priest but they do force me to send them to government schools. If we want to opt out, the government forces us to get a teaching certification, submit to frequent testing, and an examination of our teaching area and materials. If I don't want to take my children to church, I simply don't go to church.
While I don't want my kids molested in either place, only one is a government run facility that's difficult to avoid.
