is smoking really that bad for you? it boosts creativity and increase brain function , it also makes you look cooler

If you need to smoke to get shit done than more power to you. I cant get anything done. I've got zero resolve, zero grit, I was just bred and raised a bitch made nigga. I don't think you should take away anyone's ability to be productive even if its through a perceivably negative vice.

there are undisputably negative effects of putting smoke through your lungs repeatedly, so yes, smoking is bad for you. it could really fuck you up, or it might not, unfortunately medical science is rarely consistent across a group of people. the guaranteed adverse effects include increased succeptibility to hypoxia, reduced ability to process oxygen, reduced endurance, and increased succeptibility to lung cancer. and that's just the smoke, not the chemical components of cigarettes (although tobacco itself is not bad for you).

it's better if you can find something else, but you can survive it if you want. limit yourself to a reasonable amount.

>there are undisputably negative effects of putting smoke through your lungs repeatedly.
outright lie and contradicted by scientific data which proves that smoking only causes negative health impacts to people who do it beyond the age of 35-40 according to the single largest and longest term study of the impacts of smoking on health, which is the most authoritative research done on the topic.
you are just repeating socially acceptable lies that you learned from public school or cnn, you've never looked into the topic at all, not even slightly, you are uneducated and you're attempting to assert that you aren't

The only benefit was that it (used to be) way easier to socialize when smoking was common. You are becoming a bit stupider monkey with less restraint and you are sharing activity with someone so a small talk will flow. Something like with alcohol.
You are really paying with your health for this boost in social skills.

Not sure about that, nicotine and caffeine seem to have a synergistic effect.

Well, nicotine alleviates symptoms in some mental conditions, caffeine makes your candle burn brighter (and faster) - this is a boost in some psychical activities but I don't buy that it helps in any intellectual efforts; I believe (and I have noticed) that it is really detrimental in these.

And how would that make sense? Like why is there a cut-off at 35-40? What you think your lungs are invincible when you are 29? And what about a 9 year old? His entire body is weak, so how wouldn't smoking have a bad impact?

Pike smokers forums are the most civilized places in the whole internet. They have their fair share of retards, but these are good-natured (and occasionally even self-aware) retards.
Not to be confused with cigarette smokers.

I don't know. I think it might accelerate adh aldh by providing niacin in excess (oxidized nicotine is nicotinic acid)
you need enough zinc as well.

it's definitely worse for you if you keep eating toxins like retinol, copper
