I figured it out. The differences between each prime and the previous one, all put straight one after the other. 3-2 = 1; 5-3 = 2; 7-5 = 2; 11-7 = 4...
the sum of all these differences is 100 (according to op, haven't bothered to check)

differences:

sum:
1 + 2 + 2 + 4 + 2 + 4 + 2 + 4 + 6 + 2 + 6 + 4 + 2 + 4 + 6 + 6 + 2 + 6 + 4 + 2 + 6 + 4 + 6 + 8 + 4 + 2 = 101

so it's 101, not 100, off by 1, not too bad OP, but have to work more on your arithmetic
