Yes, but they are part of a black hole you midwit. Which makes black holes the brightest objects in the galaxy. That as well as the massive streams of gas they emit stretching hundreds of thousand to hundreds of millions of lightyears.

Neither is "black hole" and defining it with everything else but what it actually is..which is what exactly? Oh right, you don't know lol.

To "explain" what a black hole is is incomprehensible to you people because you made it up. It's laughable.

Fucking midwit.

The accretion disk is part of the black hole. How hard is this to understand? It's like saying your arm isn't part of your body.

There are blackholes without accretion disks, the only way we know they are there is by the stars orbiting them and getting slingshot

No it's like saying my arm is a part of a fantasy creature with no empirical evidence because you never showed proof of this phantasm.

"Shadow chaser"
An insult at face value until further investigating the proofs and methods they use to "observe black holes". But both figuratively and literally and they are shadow chasers.
Figuratively because everytime they come out with new "proofs" or theories, it usually involves everything else...but the actual fucking blackhole they claim exists. Much like how a shadow is defined when casting light on an object and calling the shadow different forms or things, they do the same with these "different blackholes".

Literally because quite literally they view the absence of light and call it something. There's no properties there for you to put into a scientific experiment, there's no light, it's a fucking absence that's reproducible using polazable lenses. If it weren't...why would they look so hard? One must ask why even bother looking when the explanation to what is being searched for is so simple? Oh wait that's right, "space" isn't polarizable I forgot. It's a fancy description of a geometry and time combined into nonsense.

Imagine spending billions of dollars to live action a celestial scale version of platos cave.
