Im studying for it right now OP, just got a 511 on a practice FL and taking it in around a month

My advice is to take 3-4 months off and dedicate it solely to the MCAT. With a 3.4, you're going to want at least a 510 to have a good shot.
UWorld is a phenomenal resource, but first I would do content review with Kaplan or any other big resource.

Blueprint gives a free practice full length, so I would definitely do that first before anything else so you can get a baseline of your content knowledge and a feel for how the exam is. It is very well made and representative of the real thing.

I got 513 (not high but only did 1 attempt, and during COVID). Download a free practice test from online to see how it works and get a benchmark for how well you know your stuff. I used mainly uworld practice tests and used princeton review+my anki cards from undergrad for content.
I wouldn't recommend just banking on your MCAT score. There are other angles to strengthen your application that aren't as "all or nothing"- beef up your research, hospital/clinical employment/volunteering, community service, leadership, and extracurriculars. Also brown nose faculty for good letters of rec and read a book on interview skills. :}
Also if you don't score high enough to get into an MD school just consider a DO school instead. The match is combined now so as long as you do good up there its all the same.

If your pursued medicine as a career how do you fare as an attending/resident/med student? Thats a great score and no hate but one of my profs told me the guy at my school with the highest MCAT score got expelled in M2 for being an autist.
