To some degree, yes. Infection with Alpha variant can give you ADE for other variants. Similar to what happens with dengue virus, for example.
Immune response in actual infections is different though as those involve other pathways which aren't involved with vaccination at all. So the question is to what degree and that will depend on the mutations the virus happens to accumulate.
