Yes and yes. Access to my own cognitive processes goes up by about ~300% when I'm no longer horny.
It's like freeing up massive bandwidth.

Whenever I have a hard day of thinking ahead of me I make sure to multi-nut the day before bed
and then again in the morning to be sharp as a razor and focused like a laser thruout the day.

If I don't I'll be interrupted by a random prompt to expel DNA every couple of minutes thruout the day.
