Okey /sci/ I've got an evil genius plan, and I want you opinion.

When I go to pay my tuition I'm given a form where I fill in the amount I'm paying, then I use a debit card to make the payment. The form gets a stamp of approval and a few days later its processed.

I'm thinking of using some kind of ink which is invisible until its been exposed to the air for a few hours combined with regular ink. I cold write 100 on the form with regular ink, then put an extra 9 in front using time delayed ink. I only pay 100, but when its processed 9100 is deducted from my tuition.

How can I make ink like I've described?

I'm pretty sure my tuition department is dumb enough to be tricked by this.

I recently got fucked because the person processing my form thought a 7 I wrote looked like a one, even though the person who put the stamp of approval on the form could read it clearly. If I hadn't gone through a lot of bullshit they would never have known or admitted they made a mistake, so I'm figuring the same thing can be used to work for my advantage.

Even if it works, until the school GETS ITS MONEY you will still owe a balance to the institution and your registration for the next semester and/or graduation will have holds on it until its cleared.

I also know that the community college I went to before I transferred to uni would not send out a transcript if you owed a fucking dime to the school, even a library late fee.
