I need a book that covers everything from Algebra to Trigonometry/Pre-calculus for my placement test for college this fall.

It's been a while and almost everything is gone and I need to brush up on what I can...

Any suggestions?

I was looking there...and while it has many resources...I prefer a book as it will contain more practice problems and will be in order.

Trying to learn the math required for my school's Physics program so I don't have to waste time taking pre-req classes.

oh in that case, look online for junior UK math classes, ages 6 and under.
Should be all you need to get into uni in USA.
