vitamin D3/K2 oil, CBD oil, omega-3 oil.

for all other compounds athletic greens with some extra zinc malate.

I sometimes mix those oils/powders in the morning with my coffee and some cream/butter to get a smooth emulsion.

Yes, I am chad.

Plus a generic muiltivitamin

All gummies :^)

i take statins for that, because im not convinced cholesterol actually matters but i know statins do have a positive effect perhaps due to anti-inflamatory properties.

I eat 10k IU of vitamin D a day because i have a deficiency. I also took magnesium in the form of magnesium oil but too much seemed to make me oddly depressed and tired, but when I started taking it I got extremely kickass energy bursts so it seems to be a question of balance.

I wouldn't take omega 3 either, given the carcinogenic, oxidizing and immune surpressing properties it has. I also happened to get sick as a dog after supplementing with it for a while but it was probably a multitude of factors.

Statins are not good for you, the evidence that they work has been fabricated. Except for a extremely small group (i think young men who have had multiple heart attacks), after study rules were tightened up in 2006 have not been proven to reduce mortality in anyone whatsoever.

and also he's taking half of my dose, which I have been taking almost daily for 3+ years, and I haven't had a single symptom of even the common cold since then. Apart from food poisoning, I simply do not get sick anymore.

For me it's cigarettes, w/e hard stimulant available (coke, adderall, amphetamine etc...), benzos to sleep, various neuroleptics to manage any looming psychosis, vitamin B to manage any deficiencies brought on by the copious amounts of alcohol I drink to take the edge of the stimulants. That's about it I think.

It's supposedly good for autoimmune disease because it stabilizes immunity. That said, go by your personal experience. If you feel worse on it, stop taking it.

your body not only has no need, but actually can not use up any of the b12 you're taking. you'll have the same effects from having 1 gummy a week.

you should switch for grown up supplements. gummy vitamins have between 2 - 8 g of sugar depending on manufacturer.

as the other anon said, statins are not good. they also do not reduce inflammation, just thin out your blood removing some inflammatory symptoms.

for inflammation you're best going for fish oil

NSAIDs like Advil/Ibuprofen will do that if taken too often, i.e. daily for weeks.

With meals 2x/day:
2x99mg Potassium Gluconate (leg cramps, ear flutter)
1x400mg Magnesium Citrate (energy, focus, poops)
1x???mg B-Complex (metabolism/immune, alcohol use)
1x60mg C (immune)

Sundays I'll take a multi and a 50mcg D3. I prefer to get D from the sun. I read that D is not just a vitamin but also a hormone so I don't want to over do it. Might add some zinc but the multi has 15mg so may be fine.
