People in the West have been told for several decades over and over again that "Diversity is our strength". To question that statement or to ask for proof is like questioning the existence of gravity. It is considered to be self-evident and beyond question. You're worse than a flat-earther if you question the strength of diversity. What's the plan? There is no plan.
