Say, you're trying to destroy a city and you don't have any available explosives. What would be the best course of action for maximizing the damage as much as possible before the cops get you?

Ah the beautiful killdozer, I've been trying to come up with a system to measure the destructive power of something and I've come up with this:

The ideas will be rated on a scale from 0 to 10 in a destruction scale and divided by the amount of time in hours that it took to get them to work from start to finish, highest ratio wins.

I would import as many brown people from underdeveloped countries as possible, peferably from regions of the world without a strong tradition of democratic government, and from areas with a long history of sectarian violence. I would then use my enormous wealth to fund color revolution propaganda on television news media, and tell these people that it's okay to use mass violence against people they disagree with politically. Finally, I would pay the media to label anyone *not* comitting acts of political violence as a terrorist.
