Well picking each blue ball in the beginning is equally likely, and for 2 of the three balls, the other ball is also blue, hence 2/3.
For second question condition on the first ball picked. If picked from the first box, getting a blue ball is as likely as getting a red ball. If picked from second box (1/3) then only one box contains blue balls so 1/3 that the next ball is blue. Addig up 2/3*1/2 + 1/3 * 1/3 = 4/9

1/3 chance the blue ball is picked from the middle box, in which case you can't pick a second blue ball from that same box.
the only way for another blue ball to be in the same box is to pick the first ball from the first box, which always contains second blue ball.

Sure, the same box might be in the same spot after shuffled with the other boxes, but there is no way of telling if the second draw is coming from the same box while drawing only one ball. This is a vastly different question. There is a reduction in odds by 1/3 of even picking from the same box again. Which crayon color is your favorite flavor?

For the first round:
Chances of picking a blue ball from box 1 = 2/2
Chances of picking a blue ball from box 2 = 1/2
Chances of picking a blue ball from box 3 = 0/2

Chances of picking a blue ball = 3/6
Given each box has the same probability of being picked and the fact that they contain the same amount of balls (on the 1st round), each ball has the same probability of being picked.

Chances of picking from box 1 given the ball is blue = 2/3
Chances of picking from box 2 given the ball is blue = 1/3
Chances of picking from box 3 given the ball is blue = 0/3
