Also i was born with severe ADHD and EFD - all my life ive been barely scraping by and had no idea how to overcome my memory and organisational problems - i tried to kill myself a few times because i could not take it anymore

My psych saved my life by just learning me how to eat better, teaching me the importance of balancing love/carreer/health/food/family etc
And most importantly, my recovery would last 10 times as long if i didnt take concerta (adderall) to help me overcome some pathological constraints i had with doing certain tasks
Now i have superfocus whenever and my life is 10 times better

You have never seen a psychotic person. What you describe is not psychosis, go to a mental asylum and see what's there.

Also neurology is limited, it can't treat depression for example. Both psychiatry and neuroscience study the nervous system (incuding the brain) but they focus on different diseases based on how they affect it. Psychology is a different thing. The job of a psychiatrist is always made harder by arbotrary limitation society puts in place. For example most people refuse to go to a psychiatrist cause "they are not crazy", that's the equivalent of not going to any other doctor while having the comon cold for example cause "you are not sick". Psychiatry isn't only for the "crazys" just like neuroscience is not about people completely fucked in the neural system. Another thing is that treating "transgender" people is also not considered ok so cause you have to accept them (like you would accept a schizophrenic shouting at you every day or someone who coughs at you all the time) so they go to a kike to cut their dicks off. The last thing I want to also point out is that some treatments are considered "barbaric" even though they would help both the patient, his family and everyone around them as also cleverly put by >>12578368 and while administering treatment without the patients concent is generally a bad idea in medicine, in psychiatry specifically though since the disease affect the mind, the patient cannot make clear minded disissions and so this rule may sometimes be overiden. What you are describing is not psychosis. Having said that, many go into the field to self diagnose or from curiosity about their own (usually mild) condition. It's ok though cause that way they can relate better to patients and also you can understand a disease much better if you have it yourself. Oh and btw it doesn't count if you told them hey, do you belive in the concave and the convex and they said yes to keep going with your diagnistic test. The fact that you have met many psychiatrists tells me that you probably have some condition yourself (as I speculated in my first post) and that you also have refused treatment multiple times or couldn't cooperate with the doctor, why? I don't blame you if they actually belived these things, but it seems weird that you keep meeting that kind of doctors...
