How in mathematics do you express a minimal, almost unnoticeable number?
If there is on a very rare occasion when a high quality post is made on /pol/, for example, while the vast majority of posts are of low quality.
Would we say that a given post has a 99.99...% chance of being low quality? Is there a better way to represent this concept using numbers? Please tell me!

any of the negated numbers is the answer. simply attach the negation sign to any.

On the off chance you're actually retarded and not just trying to rally latent bunkercels, the number of posts on /pol/ is nowhere near large enough to necessitate unique notation beyond standard percentages. If you want to talk about numbers that are truly vanishingly small, look into limits and infinitesimals.
