They only test their metropolitan cities. On top of that, schoolinf system there is competitive so higher performer get to goto city schools. This skews the results.

No shit test centers are in city centers, that isn't unique to China. If you're gonna say China's IQ scores are artificially increased because they only test in developed cities, then you could say the same about every other country on this map, so it's a moot point.
It's also telling that China's scores are pretty in line with those of countries most genetically similar to them (Mongolia, NK, SK, Japan, Taiwan). So if you're gonna claim that China's scores are pumped up, you'd have to either also claim that a) the Chinese are very genetically distant from other East Asians or b) there exists a similar cheating epidemic, to approximately the same degree, in all of those other East Asian countries.
I'm an American, but I've been to China many times, and I could easily see their average IQ being around 105.
