Three years ago, I knew how to perform trigonometric/hyperbolic substitutions for integrals. I knew the traps involved in the inverse trig functions. I pretty much got perfect grades in Calc II. Now I've forgotten it all, with only the conceptual understanding of integrals retained. I guess in a certain sense the understanding is permanent: I could skim through Calc II material as a refresher and master it in a tenth of the time it took originally. Still, feels bad, man.
