Well we can prove for fact through experimentation alone that micro evolution is legit. We can do this with domestic breeding alone and the peppered moth case is what is most commonly taught in biology, from the when I was in Uni anyway.

However macro evolution is pure bunk and it isnt that uncommon to acknowledge this even amongst normie science circles. The silver bullet? The giants of the past. There is no way in hell humans could steadily grow larger from a smaller ancestor, then shoot up to 18 feet (actually even larger but normies have to eased into this) then back down to 6 foot.
