However when the engines shutdown it appeared as there was a speck of green during ascent. Engine shuts down, the other engines exhibit a green speck. Similar sequence occurred during the landing burn but In a much more severe manner.

Even despite that pixel counters claim the vehicle maintained 35m/s descend velocity meaning the single engine was giving it about 1g acceleration, cancelling the earth's gravity.

I feel like it might be some issue along the piping that gets triggered by the shock from engine shutdowns.
