suppose quantum immortality is real. Then you must be living in a time line where no quantum-ly immortal people exist (otherwise you would know about them and they would be famous). In fact, by probability nobody will be quantum immortal in your timeline except yourself. Therefore you are living in a unique, distinct timeline where only yourself is quantum immortal. But suppose someone is born in your time line. From their own perspective, THEY must be quantum immortal and you are not. So by probability, there is a 99.9999% certainty you will die the instant they are born. But since they exist in your time line which is unique, and you are not dead, they both do and do not exist.

OP, there's a problem with your logic. If you get a vasectomy, then there will be a version of you that doesn't. If you really wanted to prevent a version from you having kids, then you'd need to kill yourself constantly.
