I mean, you could transport the chocolate egg in two halves in the space shuttle, then someone can get into it, and then an experienced chocolatiere can melt the two halves together, then the bay doors of the shuttle open and the chocolate egg can then float around in space, right? Would that work?

What kinds of problems might be encounter?

chocolate would melt in space

Dunno what you'd die of first, freezing to death or lack of oxygen. Least you'd have a tasty last meal.

I think microastreoids would prove to be a problem. Since there is no gravity in space microperticles woult just keep accelerating and be like needles flying through you. But if the chocolate is really thick i think that it wont be a prob. 2nd prob would be access of air. obviously.

Depends on where you are/what you are close too ie. stars.

I don't think so bub

There is no air in space, and therfore no temprature. it all depends on if you are in the path of heat radiation or not. From the sun or a star

>> No.1235162

The logistics would be a nightmare. That chocolate egg would be horrible to navigate

>> No.1235168

If there is air inside the chocolate egg it would be no where near strong enough to not explode. It is possible if the person inside the chocolate egg is wearing a space suit with a supply of oxygen.

The next problem would be debris and asteroids. Chocolate won't survive a simple impact.

After that there is radiation. Without some sort of radiation shield to protect against background radiation and radiation from the sun the astronaut would die fairly quickly.

space is cold but as soon as any kind of radiation hit that egg it would begin to melt.
more importantly why the fuck would you want to make a chocolate egg space vessel?

Ok, Astro lady is inside the egg with a space suit on canceling out some of the variables.

Could she do loops inside the egg on a mini-motor bike like they do in state fairs?

Refer to image.

I'm not sure the bike would have any traction..don't quote me on it though.

Op here, the egg is wrapped in tin foil to stop any radiation, add this into the motorbike question.

He's right, no gravity to pull you onto the egg.

The best you could do is spin the egg, or the occasional friction would slowly melt the egg.

>> No.1235288

>>1235272
The egg is rotating at sufficient speed to create gravity.

Also as we have no specs on the SIZE of the egg ship, lets assume its large enough to have gravity to give the Space biker traction.

Now would it be possible?

Would a motorbike engine work in the chocolate egg?

The Biker has a suit and oxygen but the egg does not.

>large enough to have gravity
The thing would collapse under its own weight. Also, if it were hypothetically possible to have an egg large enough to have it's own gravitational field, the biker would fall towards the center of the egg, and not stick to the inner surface.
