Either good work early on doesn't imply quality of work later in life. You should consider that the research against simple conclusions between race and IQ isn't political because researchers in the field don't want to "admit differences" but because there are people financially invested in voter bases who believe the results lead to simple conclusions.

The research is much stronger that you can predict peoples' income and beliefs largely from where they live as opposed to their race.

Source on the 'many' there? Either way, as far as I know, the consensus is that biology has an obvious influence on patterns of thinking across all of humanity, but the story of IQ is how our fundamental processing faculties are largely similar across the board. That, and I'm under the impression (I haven't looked at the probability theory and statistics associated with g-loaded tasks, but I recall reading a survey about it a while back) that IQ is good metric by which negative results are clear (ie, IQ dramatically under 100 almost always reports mentally retardation) but high IQ isn't as clean.
That, and it's not immediately clear how much genetics plays a role in IQ or behavior, and how much is about nurture and environmental factors. You're confusing IQ with patterns of behavior here, when largely we are popularly interested in IQ to determine success and perform abstract mental tasks.

Biologists dont think this, they know and understand that there are genetic differences in humans, but the thing about humanity is we can overcome genetics, weve done it before. if someone is even a tiny bit self aware and they get the help they need they can overcome mental illnesses and health issues that plague their family. and that can be influenced by the environment. same can be said about behavior.

Ive met people who come from violent families, but they understand what causes them to be violent and tried their hardest to avoid those stressors, they still get angry more often then others but they can retain enough control and have enough understanding of their issues that they stop themselves from becoming violent.
