these websites are meme tier blue pilled bullshit the only thing you will improve is your speed to solve these puzzles iq is impossible to increase and all the literature work done on it says so it's possible to decrease tho

Well, if each day you try something new, I think it can improve.
But I agree, if you just continuously apply the same scheme you won't help yourself.

Do the Cracking the Cryptic puzzles, 2 a day and they're usually quite difficult. Also very fun to watch them solve the puzzles.
You must have seen this, one of the most brilliant beautiful puzzles of all time.

The fixation on solving puzzle should take longer than just one problem. You could entertain your problem solving skills much more time than just one puzzle a day and it will have great effect.

Try some programming learning website where there's programming puzzles. Things like statistics or following princess are necessary for you to be able to solve if you want to code sucessfully sometimes, and you'll learn a coding, and knowing how to code can be beneficial for you, if you one day want to utilize computer so it will do what you want, not the creator of your apps wants from you.

IQ is a score, so yes you can.
And you can train your brain to perform better at general tasks the same way as you can train your muscles. Much better at training it in one particular task, but if you supply new problems, then general cognitive ability will also improve.
Same as with muscles though, there will be variances in speed and capping.

Filtered. Sudoku with chess rulesets has nothing to do with chess anyway. It's just an extra restriction. Usually it's only a knight restriction or a king restriction though.
