Sorry anon, but there have been a shit ton of people try to prove that there isn't an iq difference for race, and the best that anyone has ever gotten in a study with anywhere close to an acceptable level of scientific rigor was like an average African American IQ of around 86. It had a decent sample size (around 100) but still small enough to be skewed. Also that's the study that every tends to quote because its the highest average in the literature, and therefore the one that you get the least amount of flack for quoting. Unfortunantly IQ research is very dismal. It seems that no matter what a person does that can't get it to go up more than a point or two, but it can go down easily enough from different forms of brain damage. A healthy persons IQ seems to be almost entirely based on genetics and possibly early childhood environmental factors (like before the age where IQ testing is possible)
